All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for health and hygiene reasons.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed, including skincare products such as creams, serums, or other beauty treatments.
